Housing Deposit Voucher
One Time
Funding initial move-in costs for qualified members, such as Security Deposit and First Month's Rent up to $5,000. CCC's Housing Deposit Vouchers are a once-per-member-per-lifetime benefit. Terms and Conditions Apply.
Tenancy Sustaining
12 Months
Continuing dedicated, comprehensive and ongoing Case Management for qualified members, with the primary goal of sustaining the established tenancy for the duration of the term and beyond.
Cash Assistance Vouchers
12 Months
CCC may provide monthly cash assistance for qualifying members who meet household income limitations based on Minimum Basic Standard of Adequate Care (MBSAC) Levels.
Enhanced Care Management
12 Months
Acting as Personal Healthcare Assistants for qualified members who struggle managing the ongoing administrative demand of their healthcare needs, allowing members to focus on improving alongside a dedicated friend and advocate.
Day-Habilitation
TBD
Housed members who qualify receive in-person coaching by a specialized caregiver trained to teach various social and administrative skills necessary to live independently. Subjects may include financial planning, technical assistance, corresponding with government agencies and more.
